TO THE HONORABLE Mayor Alma Hernandez,

Pursuant to Section 11020 of the California Elections Code, the undersigned, registered qualified voters of the city of Suisun City, County of Solano, State of California, hereby give notice that we are the proponents of a recall petition and that we intend to seek your recall and removal from the office of Mayor, in the city of Suisun City, County of Solano, State of California, and to demand an election of a successor for that office.

The grounds for the proposed recall are as follows:

We, the residents, disapprove of the current policies, which the city runs by, and their future agenda. The council refuses to hold each other, city employees, and certain city commissioners accountable for their questionable actions. Lastly, the continued lack of transparency and repeatedly defiant refusal to be the voice of the outspoken residents have pushed us to your recall effort.
